Having worked in Big Box Retail my entire career, I know what EXCELLENT Customer Service looks and feels like. I have always had Very Good Customer Service, at Steins Stores in Green Bay. My most recent shopping experience last week, was 10 Star Excellence! As I was browsing the Patio Furniture, a very kind and knowledgeable associate, Chad, asked if I needed assistance or if I had any questions. My questions required some additional assistance, so Chad offered to consult with his District Manager, Angie. The level of excellence, continued to escalate. Angie was beyond helpful, and modeled behaviors for all staff to follow. I truly enjoyed our conversation, comparing retail notes. I purchased the patio set. I was informed that one of the managers, Amanda would phone me, most likely on Wednesday. Right on cue, Amanda called me and a delivery date was scheduled. Today, precisely at 2PM, the scheduled delivery time, my patio set was delivered with care by Chad and Taylor. GREAT JOB, Angie and Team! You far exceeded my expectations with this customer transaction!

Staff is amazing. Went only a couple times and the employees are super helpful and friendly! One person that stuck out to me was a Cashier named Ava. She was able to help me out, answer my questions and extremely kind!!

Great selection of plants. The staff are really nice and the store is clean. They have a large selection of plants along with other things such as grills, garden tools, decrotive signs, etc. It is a great place for gifts and supplies. Definite a good place to go for any of the necessary outdoors items you need.

They have a great indoor plant selection. They have a clearance section with plants that just need a little TLC. I got a flamingo lily and fiddle leaf fig in the clearance section. They were under $10 each. I’m a satisfied customer.

My flower and vegetables plants are doing very good from steins. A little on the pricey side but worth it because the plants are doing great so far with not one dieing as has happened in paste years from other places.
